Journeyman (HVAC / Sheet Metal)
Grote Family of Companies
The Grote Family of Companies is hiring a journeyman for HVAC and sheet metal work.
Essential functions:
- Fabricate sheet metal; read and follow drawings, work orders and prints
- Set up and operate shears, brakes and roll formers; cut, form, solder, roll or rivet seams
- Troubleshoot and install HVAC, including brazing, soldering, refrigerant recovery, evacuation and charging
- Follow company safety procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a company-sponsored apprenticeship or 2 years of shop experience preferred
