HVAC Residential Service Technician

Rusk Heating & Cooling, a fourth-generation family-owned company serving NKY and Greater Cincinnati, is hiring a residential HVAC service technician. Some light commercial work is included.

• $20–$50 per hour plus bonus incentives; sign-on bonus available
• Take-home company vehicle, 30-mile service radius
• 401(k) with match after one year; health, dental and vision insurance
• Rotating on-call and no sales quotas

Requirements:

• Active KY Journeyman license
• EPA certification (NATE a plus)
• 2+ years of residential service preferred
• Clean driving record
